Currently, if you wish to register a .pt domain name, you simply need to fill in an authorisation form, available for download
here.

Please do bear in mind that the national top-level-domain regulation board (FCCN) may require a copy of the documents with which you registered your domain.
Failure to do so will result in the removal of your domain by the FCCN with no reimbursement of your expenses.
